DEVICE & HOW-TO'S
What is the device used for?
The AUXO Roamer is a vaporizer designed for use with prefilled Roamer Concentrate Capsules, which are sold separately.
Where do I purchase Roamer Concentrate Capsules?
Visit the Roamer device page on the AUXO website for information on where to purchase Roamer Capsules or check out the store locator on the AUXO App to find stores that stock them. As updates may not be immediately available on the website or app, feel free to contact us directly for the latest information!
How do I use the device?
- Place your Roamer Concentrate Capsule into the device.
- Tap the button 5 times in quick succession.
- Hold the button for 2 seconds to enter its 6-second preheat preparation mode.
- Inhale from the mouthpiece while holding the button.
Caution:
- To avoid leaks and burns, do NOT tilt the device at a large angle during your session.
- Do NOT touch the glass on the mouthpiece before it cools down to room temperature.
For more details, please finish reading this page or refer to the User Manual.
Do I need to load concentrates or clean the oven?
No, you don’t! The Capsules are disposable, and there is no concentrate loading necessary. No need for tools or oven cleaning/maintenance like many other conventional vaporizers.
How do I turn on/off the device?
Tap the button on the device 5 times in quick succession to turn the device on or off.
How do I heat up the device?
Hold the button on the device for 2 seconds, and the device will heat up for 6 seconds before it is ready for use. The LED indicator light will turn to a steady yellow when preheating finishes.
Are there any adjustable heat settings?
Yes! Choose between Potency Mode, Balance Mode, or Flavor Mode via the AUXO App.
- Potency Mode = Strongest effects in an instant
- Balance Mode = A happy medium between Potency and Flavor
- Flavor Mode = More flavorful and smoother hits
How do I know if the device is heating without any concentrate in the Capsule?
If there is no concentrate left in a capsule and you heat the device up anyway (commonly known as “dry heating”), the LED indicator lights will blink yellow continuously while you are holding the button. To avoid causing harm to yourself and the device, release the button immediately once alerted to stop the heating cycle.
Note: The dry heat detection function will only activate if a Capsule is empty and remains connected to the device. Dry heat detection will no longer activate 2 minutes after each Capsule’s initial use to ensure you are able to finish the concentrate within as desired. Please make sure to use a new Capsule for a full standard session without disconnection to reactivate the dry heat detection function.
How do I know when my session is over?
A standard session lasts for 2 minutes. Depending on your personal consumption habits, there may be leftover concentrate after your session, or you may finish all of the concentrate just before your session ends!.
When your session ends, the device will revert to standby mode in which the LED indicator lights will turn to a steady white.
Why does the device stop heating while I’m inhaling?
As a safety precaution, you can only draw from the device for a maximum of 10 seconds. To take another hit, simply hold the button again.
Can I detach the Capsule from the device during use?
AUXO does not recommend disconnecting the Capsule during use. However, if the Capsule is disconnected temporarily but reconnected to the device within 10 seconds, your session will be resumed. When the disconnection lasts for over 10 seconds, the device will go into standby mode.
How do I charge the device and how long does it take?
To charge the device, connect one end of the USB-C charging cable to your device and the other end to a power adapter. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours via a 5V 1A standard power adapter.
Can I use the device while charging?
Due to safety precautions, the device cannot be used while charging.
How do I check the battery level?
Tap the button 2 times to check the current battery level.
- Full = All lights (blink 1x)
- Ample = Two lights (blink 1x)
- Low = One light (blinks 1x)
- Needs Charging = One light (blinks 5x)
